I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor registered to serve anyone residing in the state of California. My purpose in providing virtual therapy is to do my part to contribute to addressing the male loneliness and mental health crisis our society is experiencing. I provide a compassionate, collaborative space to help you navigate the struggles, obstacles, and challenges in your life that prevent you from having the life you want to live. Having extensive work and personal experience with mental health and training in evidence-based psychotherapy, my work is grounded in a collaborative approach to empower you to identify and achieve your therapeutic goals.

I have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of populations across various cultural contexts, having lived in several countries working in the education industry. This experience gave me a broader understanding of the world; however, my ultimate goal was always to become a mental health provider. During high school and university, I lost my best friend to his struggle with mental illness, which drove me to the mission of becoming a mental health clinician to provide the support that he needed to individuals like him. I graduated from Pepperdine University with experience in working with adolescents and young adults, as well as individuals on the neurodivergent spectrum. 

My primary population I service are young adult men and adolescents for issues relating to depression, anxiety, isolation, life changes,  addictions to substances or pornography, struggles with career and relationships, and childhood trauma. Drawing from CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Narrative, Humanistic, and Existential therapies, I tailor each session to your unique needs, supporting both healing and meaningful, lasting change.
